What is Fusion Form 3D?
Fusion Form 3D is an Australian 3D printing brand creating fun, functional and personalised products including fidget toys, desk accessories, gaming-inspired products, name stands, organisers and unique gifts.
Are your products actually 3D printed?
Yes! Our products are created using 3D printing technology. Each item is produced individually and checked before being packed and shipped.
Will my product look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to ensure product photos accurately represent our products. However, because items are 3D printed individually, there may be small variations in colour, texture or finish.
✨ Personalised Products
Can I personalise my order?
Absolutely! Many of our products can be personalised with names, words or other details.
Please carefully check your spelling before placing your order.
Can I change my personalisation after placing an order?
If production has not started, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
What if my personalised item has the wrong spelling?
If the spelling was entered incorrectly when placing the order, please contact us so we can discuss the situation.
If Fusion Form 3D made an error during production, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia.
How long will my order take?
Processing and delivery times can vary depending on the product, personalisation requirements and your delivery location.
The estimated processing and shipping timeframe will be provided during the purchasing process where applicable.
Can I track my order?
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
What happens if my parcel is delayed?
Once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control.
If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll help where we can.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Eligible non-personalised products may be accepted for return subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
Personalised and custom-made products generally cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the damaged or faulty product.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Please contact us with your order number and photographs of the item you received. We’ll investigate and work with you to resolve the issue.
🖨️ Custom Orders
Can you make something that isn’t listed on your website?
We love creating custom products!
If you have an idea for a personalised item, desk accessory, gaming product or something completely unique, contact us with your idea. If it can be designed and 3D printed, we’ll see what we can create.
Can I request a different colour?
For many products, colour options are available. Available colours will be shown on the product page where applicable.
For custom requests, contact us to discuss available options.
🧼 Product Care
How should I care for my 3D-printed product?
Keep your 3D-printed items away from excessive heat and direct high temperatures, as some 3D-printing materials can soften or deform when exposed to heat.
For cleaning, gently wipe the product with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Avoid harsh chemicals unless specifically recommended for the particular product.
Are your products toys?
Some Fusion Form 3D products may be designed as fidget or novelty items. Please check the individual product listing for its intended use and any age recommendations.
Products are not automatically suitable for young children simply because they are fun or colourful.
